Scope

Neon Tiger Labs LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates neontigerlabs.com. This policy explains how this studio website handles information when you visit it or contact us by email.

Information we handle

The studio site handles a small amount of information:

• Email you send us: if you contact a Neon Tiger Labs email address, your email provider and ours process the address, message content, and ordinary mail metadata needed to deliver the message.
• Operational web logs: our hosting and content-delivery infrastructure may process standard request information such as IP address, browser or user-agent information, requested path, timestamp, and response status for delivery, reliability, and security.
• Browser requests to Google Fonts: the site loads its webfonts from Google Fonts. Your browser therefore connects directly to Google and may send ordinary network request information under Google's privacy practices.

The previous studio site used Formspree for a contact form. That form has been removed; the current site does not send visitor messages to Formspree.

How we use information

We use information handled by the studio site to respond to messages you send, operate and secure the website, troubleshoot delivery problems, and maintain records reasonably necessary for legitimate business and legal purposes.

We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Service providers

• Amazon Web Services / CloudFront: hosts and delivers the site and may process standard operational request logs.
• Google Fonts: delivers the Schibsted Grotesk, IBM Plex Mono, and Orbitron font files requested by your browser.
• Email providers: process messages you send to our published email addresses according to their own terms and privacy practices.

Neon Tiger Labs does not use these requests to build advertising profiles of site visitors.

Cookies, analytics, and tracking

Neon Tiger Labs does not run website analytics, advertising pixels, or cross-site behavioral tracking on neontigerlabs.com. We do not intentionally set a first-party analytics or advertising cookie. The browser-side provider named above may process ordinary request information when its assets are loaded; its own policy governs that processing.

Data retention

We keep email correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Operational web logs are retained according to the configuration and retention practices of our hosting infrastructure. You may ask us to delete information we control, subject to legal or security obligations that require retention.

Your choices

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information that Neon Tiger Labs controls. Because the studio site has no user account, there is no account profile to close. Requests are evaluated under applicable law and our legitimate retention obligations.

California residents

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. California residents may contact us to exercise applicable privacy rights or ask what information we hold about them.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the effective date above and describe material changes on this page where appropriate.
