Scope

Neon Tiger Labs LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates neontigerlabs.com. This policy explains how this studio website handles information when you visit it or contact us. Neon Tiger Labs apps have product-specific privacy policies that describe each app's own storage, iCloud, analytics, permissions, and deletion behavior.

Current product policies are available from Kyra Trading and Miss Spent.

Information We Handle

The studio site handles a small amount of information:

• Contact form submissions: If you use the contact form, you provide your email address and message content.
• Operational web logs: Our hosting and content-delivery infrastructure may process standard request information such as IP address, browser or user-agent information, requested path, timestamp, and response status for delivery, reliability, and security.
• Browser requests to site providers: The site currently loads fonts from Google Fonts and Tailwind CSS from Tailwind's CDN. Your browser therefore connects directly to those providers and may send ordinary network request information such as IP address and browser details under their respective privacy practices.

How We Use Information

We use information handled by the studio site to:

• Respond to inquiries, press requests, partnership questions, or other messages you send
• Operate, deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the website
• Maintain records reasonably necessary for legitimate business and legal purposes

We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Service Providers

• Formspree: processes and stores contact-form submissions on our behalf. Its own privacy policy governs its processing.
• Amazon Web Services / CloudFront: hosts and delivers the site and may process standard operational request logs.
• Google Fonts: delivers the Inter and Orbitron font files requested by your browser.
• Tailwind CSS CDN: delivers the Tailwind browser script used to style the site.

These providers process data for their respective delivery or service functions. Neon Tiger Labs does not use their requests to build advertising profiles of site visitors.

Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking

Neon Tiger Labs does not run website analytics, advertising pixels, or cross-site behavioral tracking on neontigerlabs.com. We do not intentionally set a first-party analytics or advertising cookie. The browser-side providers named above may process ordinary request information when their assets are loaded; their own policies govern that processing.

Data Retention

We keep contact submissions only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Operational web logs are retained according to the configuration and retention practices of our hosting infrastructure. You may ask us to delete information we control, subject to legal or security obligations that require retention.

Your Choices

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information that Neon Tiger Labs controls. Because the studio site has no user account, there is no account profile to close. Requests are evaluated under applicable law and our legitimate retention obligations.

California Residents

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. California residents may contact us to exercise applicable privacy rights or ask what information we hold about them.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the effective date above and describe material changes on this page where appropriate.
